Long Island Family Photographer / Hello Olivia Photography - Feels like Summer.
Long Island temperatures have been in the 90's for the last two days and we have loved every minute. We've been spending a lot of time at the beaches in Wading River (and Shoreham) just soaking up the sun and looking for beach glass.
The last few weeks have been typical otherwise. Work, life and school seem to get in the way of everything - but we always make some time to do fun things too.

One of those things was a trip to the painting fields in Oyster Bay. It's one of those things on the list of a million things to do, but we've never gotten around to it. Holy Moly is that a DREAM LOCATION to shoot in. The greenhouses, the meticulous lawns and gardens.... its a sight to be seen for sure - and a true photographers paradise.
Since the rain has let up, we've been doing a ton of walking, nature hikes and outdoorsy things. Middle Island has some of the most amazing parks for things like this. It doesn't hurt that they are all practically in my back yard!
And lastly, the randoms of the last week - tons of Mexican food in Wading River, a smoothie or two...etc.
