Share Six - February 2023: Intentional Camera Movement

It’s the 6 day of February which means a new Share Six post! 

This months theme is intentional camera movement. Not going to lie… the theme this month was a bit of a challenge for me. Intentional camera movement is a photographic capture while intentionally moving the camera during the exposure. It’s kind of like the opposite of what most people intend to do with their cameras. Instead of freezing motion, it’s all about that blur…

I almost like to think of it as if you’re turning your camera into a paint brush. It’s all tones and textures. It’s slowed down and almost has a calming feeling… a total 180 from chasing after my kids!!

It was so fun to do something so completely out of the ordinary for me and something I would love to dive a little deeper into.
