I totally remember helping my mom bake holiday cookies when I was a kid and LOVED helping out in the kitchen.  Especially when I was on the receiving end of a spatula or mixer.  She would make an endless variety of cookies to give out to family and friends.  

It's awesome that I get to pass down family recipes and holiday traditions to this little one. While she is a WHIRLWIND in the kitchen and loves to sparkle the flour all over like fairydust ::shudder:: I want her to have the same warm memories that I had with my mom.
